Sandy is a wonderful rescue who became part of divine canines to share the healing she’s enjoyed. Sandy was found on a country road in Blanco where two Animal Trustees of Austin (ATA) members saw her and called to her. She ran up to them and then turned and ran back into the woods. She came out of the woods leading a second dog, an older Black Labrador Retriever mix with chain burns covering his entire neck. So, Sandy is a rescue dog who also rescued her friend. ATA took both dogs in and found them both homes.
