Mirabelle was the smallest in a litter of nine puppies who were surrendered to the pound when they were 10 days old. At that time, puppies that young were usually euthanized immediately, because the city did not have sufficient resources to keep them healthy. Fortunately, PAWS of Austin came to the rescue and saved all the puppies, along with their mom. Mirabelle is a sweet, playful and loving dog. She loves to run, to play in the water and to ride in the car. She brings joy with her wherever she goes. Now that she is a mature four-year-old, she's ready to start therapy visits!
